Welcome to Mercy City where Mercy is very much lacking. Mercy City has a long and extended history. A little island linked to the outeredge of Portugal, Mercy currently has no open border meaning, entering the city is rather hard to do unless you have permission. The reason for this is the lab. The previously goverment controlled Labratory was writhe with cruel experiments during the 2nd world war.
